With the right tools, techniques, and creativity you can create bespoke pieces of jewelry that are unique in their very own special way. If you are new to wax carving, simply start with a basic design. This way you are able to get a feel of the technique before moving on to more complex ones. It is important to use the right tools for carving to ensure a clean and precise finish. Wax carving is a delicate process that requires patience and attention to detail. Take your time and work carefully and slowly to avoid making mistakes. Prolonged wax carving can be a physically demanding process that can cause strain both on your hands and wrists. Make sure to take breaks to rest in between sessions to avoid injury. Embrace the time to be creative while experimenting and exploring. Have the confidence to try new techniques with your ideas. 1. Choose your wax form O shape or U shape As there are 2 ring shapes, feel free to experiment with both of them and choose the one that you like more.
2. Choose between the 5 mm or 8mm thickness of the wax Try on the rings to see which thickness is a good fit for your finger.
3. Sketch your ring design on the design sheet Design: The first step in wax carving is to come up with a design. This can be done on paper or using our design sheet. The design should take the desired size and shape of the final piece into account.
4. Carve your ring according to the design using the knife and sand paper Carefully use the knife to carve your ring along with the sandpaper to smooth the wax as needed. Keep in mind that you can also leave room for gemstones to be included if you would like to add them on.
5. Send it back to us Make sure you include all of the details before sending it back to us. Send your finished carved wax ring back to us by using our ring box and envelope that was provided in the kit. You will receive one 925 Sterling Silver ring. For additional service(s), please kindly check the price of the required materials on the website. Do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further questions or inquiries.
6. Confirmation and Delivery If needs to be sized or smoothing out any rough edges, polishing the surface, and adding any final touches . Confirm your choice of material. We will do the rest for you. Our skilled goldsmith will craft your final ring with precision and attention to detail, resulting in a stunning piece of jewelry that you'll cherish forever. This process will take 12-14 working days.

How do I know my ring size? Wrap string or paper around the base of your finger. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen. Measure the string or paper with a ruler (mm) then divide by 3.14 (or Pi) to get the diameter of the ring.
